The GameFund committee exists at every level of the Gamenet and it plays a vital role in ensuring financial health and accountability in the business dimension of the Christian games project.

Financial Oversight and Planning

The committee develops and maintains budgets for the network. It establishes financial policies and procedures, prepares financial reports and carries out financial risk management. It instructs Gamemasters on accounting procedures.

Revenue Generation and Management

It maintains accurate financial records, develops strategies to increase revenue and implements fundraising strategies. It manages tournament fees, sponsorship and partnerships.

Expenditure Management

Gamefund develops internal control measures and stays informed on financial regulations that may impact the organisation. It reviews and approves tournament budgets, implements cost-saving measures and oversees payment to vendors, volunteers and staff.
